Judo demo at Notre Dame Academy

Held at Notre Dame Academy during their 3rd Annual International Food Faire, this demonstration highlights the basics of Judo with a short warmup, free sparring and concluding with a Judo form or kata demonstration. Hosted by Osugi Sensei from Sawtelle Judo Dojo, six Juniors excited the crowd with their powerful throws.

Award almost coincides with Keiko Fukuda's 100th birthday.
MOSCOW — Flying Carp Productions, a San Francisco-based film company, announced that its latest documentary, “Mrs. Judo: Be Strong, Be Gentle, Be Beautiful,” has received the Jury Award for Best Documentary at the 2013 International Festival of Sports Movies in Russia.
